Hello, I’m Lara Carlos. I am the Office Manager of Active Life Chiropractic, Inc. and The Wellness Loft. The most rewarding thing about my job is seeing the amazing changes that happen within individuals and families. I love being part of “The Wellness Revolution” and seeing the next generation of children grow up with the foundation of living life without drugs and surgery. I am a mommy of three children ages 5, 3 and 2 years. My third child was born at home with the help of my amazing midwife. I am also a proud wife. My husband is studying Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture. I feel I have a strong connection with women and babies.  I am the founder of Birthing Barefoot Childbirth Education. I enjoy researching other cultures and their childbirth rituals and customs. I am so proud to be apart of this practice and look forward to all the amazing moments to come.
