Grace Ding graduated from medical school in China, and she also received her medical doctor degree from Heidelberg University. She has been practicing Tai Chi for 17 years and teaching Tai Chi for 7 years. She is an adjunct faculty member of San Bernardino Valley College, and teaches Tai Chi class in the physical education department of the school.
Tai Chi can be learned and practiced at any age. It improves coordination, balance, flexibility, endurance, builds strength, and has a positive impact on your sense of well being. Research findings have revealed shown the benefits of Tai Chi in the management of high blood pressure, depression and have shown its positive influence on some of the symptoms associated with arthritis and diabetes. Tai Chi's series of movements contribute to the development and maintenance of both physical and mental health.
Grace enjoys practicing Tai Chi and the happiness it brings. She loves to share her skill and happiness with people who want to learn. |
